Roland SVD to Cakewalk INS

Recently bought the Patchman wind instrument patches to try with my TEControl breath controller.  I rediscovered some Perl scripts I made in 2006, to extract patch names from Roland .SVD format  and convert/save to Cakewalk .INS instrument definition file.  (Google Driver folder containing these Perl scripts)
